All the artworks are shipped not only in Italy and in Europe but in all the world through the best couriers and specialized transport companies. All the artworks are always insured from the beginning to the end of the shipment.
The artworks shipping can take place in two ways.
1. Artwork completed with its wooden frame with special size packaging specially designed for the different dimensions of the artworks. In the same way, the personalized framed artworks can also be sent
2. Canvas rolled up in its tube without frame. . This option is recommended for all Extra-European countries and for artworks that do not have colors in relief.
The shipment is carried out by a specialized courier chosen among the safest ones according to the destination in Italy or outside Italy.
The days of shipping are from two to seven days depending on the location in Italy or Europe
Shipments outside Europe, will be estimated with a detailed quote during the artwork’s order based on the country of destination outside Europe. Packaging and delivery costs will change depending on the destination, weight and size of the shipment. A quote will always be communicated for all destinations on request before ordering.
The artwork will be delivered directly to the address indicated at the time of the order. Once the artwork has been received, it’s asked to sign it on arrival, always with a "signature with reserve" important for reimbursement by the insurance in case of damage.
If the delivered painting has been damaged by the courier, what to do?
After having collected the painting and signed with reservation, once the packaging has been opened and verified that the painting has been damaged during transport, take photos of the external packaging and the damaged internal painting and send them to the artist.
IMPORTANT! Open the packaging carefully because in the case of return, the painting must be returned with the same special packaging carefully closed and protected. It will be the artist's responsibility to organize the return with his courier and then open the claim with the insurance, which, after all the checks, will verify and recognize the damage.
Following the reimbursement of the artist's insurance, the painting will be reproduced by the artist and returned to the customer free of charge. Only if the painting cannot be reproduced by the artist, the customer will be immediately refunded.
